BattlEye Not Working (fix)

I have the BattlEye installed, but for some reason the game is still asking me to install BattlEye, but when i press install and press I acept to the terms, the window closes and so Ark closes too, and it doesn't install, i can run the game without the BattlEye but i need him to enter the server of my friends, any help???
Edit: if steam isn't downloading de BattlEye go to the files of the game on ShooterGame>Binaries>win64>BattlEye and it should have and file called Install BattlEye, so u start the game. if it shows something like "Failed to open Privacy text." u Shoud do the thing that Alex Animate Mp4 commented.

Yeah, me too. Luckily, I can turn it off from my 2 servers I have. I hope it will not bother me any further

I have the seam problem.

[Alex Animate Mp4]

Right click Ark on steam and select properties.

Go to the Tab local files and press browse local files.

Go to the following directory G:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64 or Win32\BattlEye

Open the BELauncher file with notepad

Change PrivacyBox=1 to PrivacyBox=0

Can you cite a link from the Battlemetrics website the specific server he's attempting to join?

Ok... but you didnt provide a link to the server your friend is trying to join from the battlemetrics website.

Battlemetrics lists all 30,000+ servers for ark. Search the name of the server, copy paste a link to that server here.

This lets us see if you're playing a server that may have discrepancies.

However if you cant or do not wish to. Thats fine. Good luck to you and your friend.
