Doesnt look like, they could spawn here I guess??

correct, they only appear on The Island(DodoRex) and Scorched Earth(Dodo Wyvern)

I think each of the bosses are hardcoded to spawn only on one map
DodoRex = Island
Dodo Wyvern = SE
Zomdodo = Aberration

The Center, Ragnarok, Extinction and Valguero get no bosses but the other stuff does spawns (to make skins)
