Would be best if you post what mods you have here, ensure they aren't ones that have been abandoned, and check to see on the Mod Forums if the original smithy has been removed.
Most that have others smithies installed replace the original, and have its functions added to a modded one.
A few people are having problems with the large smithy, here is a message from the Author: Large smithy is no longer being maintained (abandoned) life got busy (Feb 2016).
Give it about 15 min to load all 9 photos
• You hid the engram via INI config.
• You have a mod that is remapping the vanilla to it's own.
It's likely the second scenario. Put your mod loadout in single player and see if the issues remain (it should). If there is still no vanilla smithy than remove mods one by one until the smithy appears. I would remove the most likely ones first which are the ones that look like, contains similar items, or functions similarly to how a smithy would. For example, Large Smithy, Shopping Mod, Golden Tools, etc. would fall into that questionable category.
