Can you somehow make gems with the grinder from normal items or something?
If not i will just install a mod to make the gems available.
Whats this?
https://ark.gamepedia.com/Roll_Rat
"Wild Roll Rats regularly dig underground and pop back up in the same spot, unearthing gems. They frequently unearth Green Gems, sometimes unearth Blue Gems and rarely unearth Red Gems. Collecting the unearthed gems makes the Roll Rat hostile. They lose this ability after taming"
DLC stuff shouldn't require unique resources restricted to that DLC, outside of maybe adding new engrams to craft some resources say like "Clay" for example. Then all you'd have to do is buy the DLC to unlock access to the Engrams. Some of the new resources sound like "petty" additions to the game in my opinion just to make it so people have to travel between maps to get resources so they can use them on other maps. It's a bad concept, and sadly has caused "mod" abuse for all the game's DLC. ie mods that unlock the engrams, and resources so users can use them on maps they prior couldn't. Which sadly pretty much gives DLC content to users for free.
That's where the modders come in. I found the same issue... so I fixed it.
I added a DLC bench where you can craft all the DLC gear in a table using default kind of resorces.
NOTE: does include other structures etc,

Thats what DLC´s in 90% of all games do. And yes i want to farm ressources like the gems and clay etc in other maps too. Why not ? They could easy build the new ressources inside the other maps. Gems and Fungal Wood in Caves for example. Ragnarok has did this for the SE content, but sad sad i heard they don´t wanna do this with the aberration stuff...
At all Honor to your work, this mod change too much for other things for myself. :)
