Chat question?

Is there a way to copy and paste the chat that someone writes from say France into Google translate and then transalte what I want to say back in Frence and paste it back into chat??

Well, this might be a PITA, but, you can always take a snapshot with the Prt Sc button on top of your keyboard or alt-F12(on a regular keyboard). Don't use the f12 on a lappy, it shuts off your internet, as it is Airplane mode.

Well, it might be a bit difficult, but you can usually connect to the server via rcon and copy/log the chat into a textfile. From there you can c&p the text into google translate, copy your transltated answer and paste it directly into the chat (Ctrl-V works also in Ark).

If you're handy in programming, you can also write a kind of bot which works on keywords and auto-post/translates the last line via google translate web-request (and also auto translates your answer for your reply)...

But... it's nothing that would work out of the box. There is a way, but not an easy one.

I hope Wild Card makes this happen instead of going through all this. I would think that they would/could have the capability in this day and age to make anyone's chat auto translate like so many other games. Thanks for the replies!
