How do I edit the mod options in the .ini file?
Hey there.

So I am playing on my little Ragnarok single player island, and one of the mods i use is Immersive Taming. Makes my life so much easier now that I do not have to spend half my life causing Stockholm Syndrome in the entire island population...

The author updated it so that now I do have to do that though. To avoid that, I tried adding the config option to disable the necessity. However, no matter what I try, it seems to have no effect.

I added the prescribed lines to the WindowsNoEditor Game.ini file which I successfully edited before, but it just does not react. For ease and lower cost and threat while testing, I tried disabling the HUD messages, but they are still on whatever I try.

I tried adding the following, lines to the end of the .ini file as was suggested in multiple threads and guides I managed to find(The first 3 are the end of the config file):
"FishingLootQualityMultiplier=1.000000
CraftingSkillBonusMultiplier=1.000000
bShowCreativeMode=False

[ImmersiveTamingSettings]
EnableNoKO=False
DisableHUDMessages=False"

Both True and False values seem to have no effect on either of the tested things.

Am I doing something wrong(more than likely), or is the mod not working right?
(I am at least 3% certain that I am modding the right config file as other changes have taken effect before)

you add the mod configs at the END of your GUS.ini file. one blank line past the last section.

Okay, turns out, a 3% certainty is not quite certain enough. I am still not convinced that the taming is actually possible without knocking things out, but the HUD config reacted. Thank you, good sir... lady... fox... whatever, lets go with attack helicopter.
