Purlovia Unburies without reason

I recently tamed me two Abherrant Purlovia's in Aberration, using them as stash and such, but I frequently watch them unbury with no one around, set on passive, and no discernable cause given. Now, I have not been toying with Purlovia's in a while, but I find it highly impractical that they just randomly pop out of the ground when they are supposed to stay under, and I find that it may possibly be even a bug. I could be mistaken though, so has anyone else experience with them ?

Have you noticed anything specific about when they unbury, like when they come into render distance having been away or on server restart? Are they next to structures? Its been a long time since i have had purlovia but had also noticed that sometimes they unburrow, especially on server restarts but also seemingly randomly.

I would also be interested in the answer to this ,as i was under the impression only a nearby explosion or a yuti roar could do this .

It seems utterly random, like for instance, I place structures nearby, one of two suddenly unburys, I go past them, one of them unburies, the other about 2 minutes after, and there is no wild dinos around, they are on passive, and there hadn't been any server restart in a while. They just do it randomly in between, which is why I am wondering. is there perhaps a Stamina component to this ? I have checked in between, but they do not seem to loose any stamina when burried.

PS: They are not directly near structures, and on one occasuion, shortly after taming them in fact, I lead them from the radiation zone up into fertile, frequently burying them to clear the way of predators, and twice they did unbury without reason, already I had them on passive there to make sure I wont loose them.

PPS: I have not yet seen this with other Purlovias, only with the Aberration variation, although there have been a few patches in between, so either it is the Aberrant version only that does this, or there was a recent patch that introduced this behaviour. It sure renders them useless as hidden stash.

Mine were not on aberration so its not just them ,but i have noticed they pop up when they need levelling also

Ah, that could be one cause then, I havn't leveled mine on purpose since I need the original stats untouched for breeding. Still, havn't had such happened before. It least shouldn't be the case as I would otherwise have to powerlevel them somehow just to make sure they wont unbury everytime they make a level >.<
