Ankylosaurus Location???

I've been exploring for awhile and i'm now level 47... I have Metal Rocks quite close to me and i want to harvest them efficientally and i can do that with ankylosauruses, all i need to do is FIND! them...

Which map are you on? There are many ark maps with different spawns..

Search the "spawn map" on the wiki. Since you dont actually say what map you are on.

Well, if you cannot find a spider, a death worm or a tita I could understand but ankylo they should be there almost near any montain in almost any map .....

Go to the herbivore island (bottom right of the map), there are always several ankylosaurus here and you can tame them very easily since there isn't any carnivore on this little island.

Ah.... Yes.... You do know this is on an island.... How to i get it back to the main island???? Could i just use my raft?

why not ? Raft is good for exploring, keep an eye on the fish tho! take a good look around herbi island there is metal as well.

Of course. Put your new tamed ankylo on your raft and get back to the island. It's a one minute trip.

just beware of any giant fish out in the open sea because they hate boats....but back to what they said yea on the island the anky's only spawn near the mountains and at herbivore island, on scorched earth they are kind of every where but the wyvern nest and the dunes and then we have aberration where they only spawn inside the bioluminecent swamp

that could be fun....except that the depth's are filled with a load of things that hate u: plesiosaur's, mosasaur's, angler's, eel's, giant squids, jellyfish, dunkle's, mantas etc.

raft would be easiest and probably safest, build foundations on the raft to keep anky away from water, avoid the ocean and try stick to the coasts

Or craft a saddle before you tame it and swim across. You shoud be safe from the sharks, just don't go near the jellyfish.
