Do you mean savoroot because potatoes are not part of the base game. If you are referring to a veggie provided by a mod, it would be better for you to ask in the forum for that mod rather than here.

You should be able to find the seeds just by harvesting the small bushes, but as far as harvesting the actual vegetable in the wild: that is not possible. You'll have to grow them in greenhouses and/or crop plots.

Wild harvested Savoroot only seems to be available on the Ragnarok map.
