I'd also recommend setting your resolution scaling to 90% and anti-aliasing to low, this will make the game render at a slightly lower res, then upscale it with a pleasant inherent anti-alias effect, while boosting FPS.
There's also a known issue with RTX 20X0 cards and the Nvidia drivers causing crashing, having a recent driver and setting "Terrain Shadows" to LOW seems to solve it for most people.
use the launch option -nomansky
