Walking laggy and slow on a tree platform!
So I just built a tree platform and placed 2 chests on it. And when i walk on it I'm walking slow and laggy on it!

Anyone that has the same problem or has a solution?

Some objects are just dodgy and don't have proper clipping, it's the same with giant trapdoors when you try to walk across them. Build some foundations on top of the platform and you should be able to walk across them normally.

It's utterly stupid and a MASSIVE waste of resources, but hey, that's Ark for ya.

[Edit] I don't know if it's still supported or not, but the Platforms+ mod was really good. It provides a special crafting bench for creating fully-functional, non-glitchy platforms which are larger than the native ones (though a smaller platform would be better for stealthy bases admittedly), and have fence foundations pre-built into the edges, so you can create a perfectly enclosed structure with no faffing around.

Mate bugger off back to your own thread and don't hijack others!

No longer really being supported and since the homestead patch the snapping of the individual wedges has been broken.

The source code has been adopted by Tebo and a new version of the mod launched fixing those issues. Though it's not clear if the OP is on official or not.
