HOW DO I SPAWN A TAMED QUETZAL

i have heard of the griffin method. whats the snow owl one?
as im on extinction so this would work for me

I know, the griffin was ruled out already. Totally forgot about the snow owl.

You can freeze it out of the air with the owl's healing ability, the quetz will stay closer to the ground.
