As for hatching, why don't you use aircon??
I also have the structure spawns cranked so that trees and such even spawn inside my base. I will reload an old save, grab the egg and see if it spawns. I am in the White Cliffs across from Beaver Lake. There are two nests right up the hill from the shore.
As for the AC how does that help my egg? It always says it is too cold. Does the AC provide heat? Sorry I just started breeding on Extinction and I used ACs there but it was hot where my base was.
Thanks for the help!!
If I get both eggs around the same time then both nests will respawn. So I have two bugs going on here. The usual SP "don't log out till everything has respawned" bug and some weird bug with grabbing one egg from a nest that is close to another nest.
Welp at least I know what is going on. Not sure why but I can work around it. :)
Pic of the two nests and location in question:

The nest on the left is the one that if you remove the egg and leave the one on the right, it will not respawn. You then remove the egg from the nest on the right and the nest on the left will disappear.
6 aircons is enough to hatch any creature in Ark.
Appreciate the help!
