How the hell you make element with dust? All i see are videos on how to farm it but nothing on how to convert it

Thats because its an Extinction engram.

So how would one craft element on Valguero or only way to get it there is do the bosses?

Unless you use mods like s+ / or edited .ini.... then yes... bosses.

If i remember right you can convert dust to element in the tek replicator, or maybe that is just an S+ thing.
Providing you can work a deal for someone to convert it for you if you don't have a replicator yet.
