i know what possible to get this bp in ice cave on island or in red drops on dunes on SE. but there only low quality

Pack Cave on Center the 3 red drops in jump puzzle. Probably Extinction OSD's.

High quality blueprints are exceptionally rare for gigas, rexes, and quetzals. The best drops in the game come from red desert crates. I prefer going to ragnarok to collect these since I seem to see better quality loot more often on that map.

Of course that depends also if you're playing on a server or SP. On SP you can turn up the loot quality. You're still going to need to hit the higher end loot crates for that saddle to even be in the loot table, but it will have a much better chance at being higher level.

I disagree with your last sentence, i believe Swamp cave and Red(ringed) beacon drops give the best saddle drops, especially Rex saddles.

In my experience red ringed drops are usually a miss considering they are red AND have a ring. The desert drops from rag someone mentioned are far superior.
