snapshot 10 / snapshot 16 Freeze

so this is really starting to piss me off.. i wait abouit a half day just to be fcking resetted again to point 1

My computer specs are NOT the problem. ive already seen that i can run it because it was working perfectly fine until 7 months ago.

My guess : The devs are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ark survival evolved

Fixes i tried: Reinstalling everything unsubbing to every mod, and even resetting my PC Restarting ark and play on different servers didnt work either.

Map problems: The center (snapshot 10 stuck) Valguero or sumt (Snapshot 16 stuck)

Dude im litterly trying everything i can ive been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trying to figure this out for over 7 months.. a friend of mine can connect to the server just fine. and my girlfriend cant connect to the server shes been having the same issue as me. im really starting to think that this is a problem that the DEVS created. i had no problems untill installing the latest updates. my guess is that the new update creating problems with The eternal mod. i have already contacted the server owner. he told me that there are no issue's with the server and he even made a short recording of Showing that he was fixing even the latest (tiny bugs) and conflicts... i am deffinitly NOT the only one with this problem. lately ark has been becoming MORE unstable and more errors are occuring. i wonder why they keep bringing out DLC's without even fixing the tiny bugs which auctually cause a lot off harm to the game... as you see i've been playing for over a 600 hours. so i never had any problems with ark at all. let alone the last 100 hours ive spent on ark are trying to join one silly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ server. does anyone know how to fix this!? PLEASE HELP

contact the mod maker, if its the eternal mod that is causing the problem its not the dev but the mod maker you should be talking to. best of luck!

i forgot to menition that my gf already did that.. but the mod maker told us its an internal game issue that more people are having.. he asked me if i could play ark eternal on other maps then valguero or the center and that was working perfectly fine

This type of error is usually caused by a corrupted save file. Try joining another server you haven't played on and see if it happens.

it happnens on valguero aswell as on the center on multiple random servers

Have you tried verifying your game in Steam? Right click the game and select "Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files" and let that work see if it helps.

sadly but to be expected.. it did NOT work...

I only very rarely ever have a Snapshot Freeze and I just restart the game and it works brilliantly again immediately.

So, maybe a problem on your end after all or a specific mod? Cuz I am running about 30ish mods and have next to no issues.

i have restarted this game twice now and nothing is working

bttw it are no mod problems.... i figured that out because ive tried to join the same server but then diffrence in maps and the only one im having problems with is the center and valguero

Uninstall both maps and then redownload them again. And after uninstalling them go to their respective folders and manually delete anything that might be left over before downloading again.

...another idea. If you are running a mechanical disk, it may be having a hard time keeping up. To give it the best chance, make sure your Steam games folder, or the drive you play on is defraged.and reboot just before trying to start the game. I was having the same issue and this action helped my game start attempts go from 5-8 down to 2, 3 at the most. (now on ssd and not having the issue). Hope this helps, if not, good luck finding the answer.
