Ugly blue Dinos
there's a ton of them, and there never used to be, haven't played in about a year, no dino mods on ... so why are there ugly blue dinos, dodos, etc., and I don't mean Tek dinos...so ugly.

Oh leash your Raptors. The colors are gorgeous.

Use -activeevent=None to turn off.

I love the blues and whites.

Not a huge fan of red. But the color list is more than just red white and blue

Its got to be the right kinda blue with only a little red. I don't really like the colors either, but I had to make an exception with this guy! Was a lvl 135, I think, pre tame too! Slap an Uncle Sam tophat on and he'll be my "Murica" mascot, lol.

It's an event? They're like eye searing blue, not a pretty blue like the screenshot above. Like ELECTRIC blue.

Yea, a lot of them are that bright, neon blue. I just got lucky with that one allo. I don't remember when the event ends, but like Veeshan said up there, you can disable the event with that launch option.

This one has been exceptional since it coincided with a sale, so we got new players whos eyeballs are special snowflakes and cannot handle any vibrant colors. Because poop brown on everything is just so amazing . . .

Who knows, male prey dinos may have been brightly colored to attract predators like modern birds and protect the females.

Yea, I don't disagree, though blue is pretty unlikely due to factors of how biology works and what makes blue pigments.

I think the last time I played either they weren't running colour events, or they were subtle enough I never noticed.

It's nice to have a pattern one can detect, like darker for males and lighter for femails or the other way arround, but this unrealistic clowny colors are not of my taste. Good to know it's an event and will go away
