Why no HTTYD mod?

I recently got into aberration DLC and for some reason it really gave me the feel of hidden world. Then i thought dang if any game could totally pull a HTTYD mod it would be ARK 100%! Ark already has the kind of landscaping objects to make a map of berk or hidden world, it has passive taming, and even rideable wyverns that breathe fire and lightning! Im sure that anyone that would want to immerse themselves in the HTTYD world would agree that this game would be perfect for it!

Likely because DHEIPs don't really do APTDS. If they put more time into BNDMEI then we might get a HTTYD.

ok i suppose i should clarify that HTTYD is an abbreviation for the movie How to train your dragon.

I only see one issue I's copy right we used to have A monster hunter mod but, It got flagged so was removed. Idk who owns httyd It's kinda copying someone else's work and could have legal issues for who ever makes the mod so most know It's not worth I't.

Copyright infringement mods are likely to get DMCA shutdown notices. Also are ineligible for contests and sponsorship.

Would it be possible to get a modder to rack up donations or whatever to get rights to it or something? I'd totally donate to something like that

Doubtful. It would have to be in a private discord or something else closed group.

The devkit is available and there are lots of guides and tutorials out there.

3 movies that have grossed over half a billion dollars worldwide, an animated series on Netflix, and who knows how much merchandising owned by Dreamworks. Pretty sure an offer of a few hundred million wouldn't get them to even think about coughing up licensing, let alone the rights.
