Has anyone found Spinos roaming around the surface? I understand that they're in vast numbers in the aberration trench, but has anyone seen them elsewhere?

Swamp area and the arm of the middle lake that goes up to the north(towards the swamp)

There is one north of the little island in the middle of the map next to an old ruin. No other enemies around, so should be an easy tame.

I have zero normal Spinos on my game. I did see one at one point but there has been none at all on the map since (Dino Scan - S+ Tek Transmitter - 0 Spinos).

little pond at the "4 bone" salt cave.
took a few hundred game days for it to spawn though.

yea oddly enough Spino's are quite rare on this map....well at least when it comes to the regular spino's as the more fragile aberrant one's are everywhere in the emerald forest

heck i rarely run into Bary's in the massive pond so that just show's how rare these 2 different spinosaur's are (and before you ask, yes ik bary's are common in the swamp but seriously that place is hell)

I keep seeing people say "Swamp" area, but for real... Where's the swamp? lol. Nothing looks like a swamp here!

Everyone says spinos are rare. But they likely share the spawner with fish like on other maps. So kill fish and be sure the leave and come back to get respawn

the little brown area on the map to the east is where the swamp is as it's near the jungle
