how do I get rid of the text on item?

When I open my inventory, all of my items have the text description across the item icon, so I cant see the graphics of the icon itself. How do I remove that? Ive checked every option and button. Thanks!

Nope, its not q. that is tool tips. Im talking about the text that is across every icon.

Yes, it is Q, unless you or a mod have changed key bindings. There should also be a click button up top, above the grid, for it too though. If it's not there and Q doesn't work, then you've probably got a mod interfering/changing things.
