Rather than people giving you word descriptions and coordinates to try and follow that won't get you to the exact entrance because it's in a cave or under water, it might be simpler if you search on youtube for Valguero ocean and Valguero aberation. That way you'll have coordinates and actually see where the entrances are and how to get to them.
