what menu do you pull up too enter the 500 0 0 35 instead of the longer like Argent_character_Bp_C???

You press Tab to bring up the command line, but creatures don't have shortcut numbers like many of the items, so you have to use the long-form text. In what you posted, the 500 is the distance from you that the creature will spawn.

ive allowed cheats by typing in and even done the argentavis big long typo with "" on both ends i dont understand can you hit ESC an type it in the cheat manager that way where the fclass string is like hit ESC go too host admin (non dedicated) and on the right theres a cheat manager box how do i do it from there??

ok i did gmsummon in the admin command log an it workd but now how do i spawn saddles i know the number but how do i type it

As Steelfire said, hit the tab key on your keyboard to bring up the command line then type or use the paste key after copying the command you want.
