Can't craft item after learning the blueprint

So I just tamed a baryonyx and went to learn the saddle. I went in to craft it and there was no baryonyx saddle in my craftable items. Went to double-check that I had learned the blueprint, which I did.

My little sister is having the same problem, and we are on different servers. She can't make tranq darts or simple rifle ammo in the smithy, and she's tried rejoining the game and restarting her laptop, and I've tried dying and respawning.

We are both playing on singleplayer Crystal Isles. This is really irritating since I was about to go deep sea diving for artifacts with the newly tamed bary.

Yes I am aware, I triplechecked both the smithy and my inventory and no saddle.

Pickup the smithy and put it down again.
