Any way to fix dino stamina drain?

If I try to increase the drain or lower it, neither work. 0 dino stamina drain is the same as it being at 100. I know I can make it so dinos get a ton of stamina when I level them but that's not what I'm asking. I want to know if its possible to make it so the settings I configure actually take affect.

In singleplayer you can set it in the start up settings or the .ini

I know that, the issue is that does not work, from other posts I have read, this has been an issue since 2016.

Can you change any of the other settings properly from that screen?
Make sure your gameusersettings.ini is not marked as read only.

Yes other settings work, the only settings I have found that do not work are dino stamina drain and pve flyer carry, both of which other players have had issues with.

Does your stamina drain multiplier stay changed? Meaning, if you set it to 50 and load up the world, will it still show 50 when you look at the settings again or will it just show 1?

Well I just loaded into Ark while changing it a bunch and can confirm that it's not working for me too.
It changes the setting properly in the ini so unfortunately it looks like it just doesn't work.
Best bet is to submit a bug report at survivetheark.com and hope they do something about it (as if)
Might I ask why you don't want to change the max stamina values though? It'd be pretty much the same.
