Cannot find a Spino on the Island.

Any suggestions? I have covered the entire map, even killed dino in the areas where according to the wiki they should be spawning, but they are a very rare spawn. How can i get them to spawn without cheats?

Sounds like you are taking the right approach, but indeed, they are rare on the island. Even after a dino wipe in single player, I don't always get spinos to spawn on the island.

Kill fish.... spino's are part of fish spawn containers.

kill tons of fishes in the rivers.they will spawn eventually but rarely.
Or use "destroywilddinos" and if this feels like a cheat for you, forget about it.

You might call it cheating... but i just use the dino finder in the structures plus tek transmitter.... i aint got time to wander aimlessly ;)

Only the single most popular mod in all of Ark.

Personally, I don't find it cheating to do dino wipes once a day. It's a very tedius work to clean up unwanted wild dinos... it's a lot easier on official servers as they tend to have a lot of players doing meat farms or just cleaning up for the same reason. But for single player? I think it's fair to do dino wipes on a daily basis to keep the game fresh.

I never claimed that was cheating, i meant spawning it in with commands.

Snappy heaven, is what Structures Plus is. Heck worth it just for being able to have Large storage boxes snap cleanly to each other when placing. i wasted so much time placing, destroying and re-placing them to get them to look right....

For the thread issue, kill all the fish, like others have said, and i usually see them spawn in each of these main areas:
1) West end of swamp strip that runs across the south border of the redwoods
2) each of the big rivers that run south from the swamps to the ocean

Basically the main places where fish are aside from the ocean.
