abby, ragnarok and valguero have sub levels for people who want a list (i find it odd people don't know about the giant underground supercave on ragnarok)

Those sizes are counting the sub levels.

Are we just going to gloss over the other two maps? Scorched Earth and Extinction.

Yes Ragnarok has some great dungeons to explore.

Carnivorous Caverns is where you go to have fun and explore.
Lifeslabyrinth is where you go to die. Man I hate that place.
Also pretty huge.
