Best dino for silica pearl gathering in Aberration?

Really need silica pearls but all my methods seem to be slow gathering i'm wondering if theres a dino i dont have yet that is the best at getting them?

The only dino that can gather Silica pearls in the game is the Angler Fish

We just use Rock Drakes as their attack is an area attack and walk them up and down the rivers killing everything and get a lot of silica pearls that way from all the Trilobite it kills....not the best, but it works.

Okay i was thinking something a little easier to acquire than a Rock Drake lol. Like tamable dinos that dont require hazmat suits and death defying stunts.

I use my crab. I walk up and down a stream spamming right and left click. Since the crab is so big it can usually clear the whole width of the stream

Which ever dino is highest up on the food chain, iff been using my reaper after i managed to get one. Before that dragon and before that a crab and spino, although the spino its knock back is a bit anoying sometimes, carno also works quite well lot smaller hit area though much like the spino vs the crab, dragon or reaper.

Or alternativly depening on what type of server your on, the bottom of the lake seems to be a decent place to go with a crab and some diving gear, its a bit crowded down there usually but should be better then trilo farming if the entire server isnt farming the lake 24/7.

Your best bet is taming an angler and taking it to fertile lake using a fish basket. Anglers collect more pearls the higher the melee and are faster than most creatures in the lake

Instead of dinos I hopped over to Scorched Earth, learned the chainsaw engram. Jump back and craft one and use it on trilobites. Get more pearls than a rockdrake bite per kill.

I tamed an angler. Brought it to the Fertile Lake. Built a sweet pen to park it in. Went through all that trouble.....

I got so many pearls on the first run, I never had to make a second run. The angler just sat there from then on.
