How to use camera on mobile

I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere. I’m trying to photograph herbivores for the pursuit, but nowhere does it seem to explain how to actually take the pic. I can pull out the camera, look around, etc, but I can’t find the controls to activate the shutter. Anyone know how this works?

Here on steam you'll find mostly pc users, since this is a pc forum, so we can't help you much with mobile. You'll have much better luck over at the other website.

On ark mobile to get the pursuit you need to get the angle of the camera exactly right. The camera outline will go from red to green once you have the perfect angle. Once green press the upload symbol on the bottom right corner of the screen. Once uploaded the bar on the top screen should go up once your back in the game.
