no, i searched it and i learned they removed placing turret to platform saddles from game.

You didnt state the game mode you're playing.
Broadly speaking you are wrong... You can do it but it is a configurable item that can be enabled or not at the decision of the server admin.

It is configurable server side. If you're an admin or SP then configure it.
If you're on the official network you are stuck with what WC chose for those servers.

But I can guarantee you that you can place turrets on platforms on account of my battle paracer and quetz I have going on my servers.

Was never "removed" from the game. Just made configurable and the Official network has it turned off. But Unofficial, SP, Non-dedi can do it if they turn it on.

We playing with my friend, just two person idk which game mode but i think its pvp , local server

Its not in the game settings. It'd be in the ini files for your game.
I am not sure where they are located for SP or non-dedicated but if you go to the wiki it'll tell you what to do.
