SERVER NOT SHOWING UP. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO I TYPE IN THE EXACT SAME IP ADDRESS INTO THE 'ADD A SERVER' SECTION IN STEAM AND EVERYTIME IS SHOWS UP AS NOT RESPONFING! THE SERVER IS UP AND ONLINE AND IVE GOT ALL THE MODS INSTALLED THAT THE SERVER HAS ASWELL. WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING!!!!????

Does the server page have connet to server because if it does you cick that and it will start to load you in?

Yes it does have a connect button, however i do not want to keep going onto the internet to join the server . Is there a way to add it to favourites . Also it sometimes freezes my game as it loads

You can add a favourite server using steam. View > Servers.

Once you added it there it will always appear in your ARK server list when you want to connect.

Check the port. There are 2 ports for a server. If one doesn't work try the other

Yes i know how to add servers to favorite but when i type the ip it says not responding. The port is 190115. What did uu mean by 2 ports

I made this mistake myself.. I believe that you need to use the "Query" port to add to Steam not the "Connection" port.

Hey sorry i don't really understand. Ur a big help but can you explain about more? So on the website , it say thatvthe servers adress is this: 74.121.190.25:19115 so then i go into steam , click view, click server , click favorites , click add new server ... then what do i do?

I tried the same address and see what you mean. Nothing. To me that would indicate the server port (bit after the : in the address) is wrong or the server no longer exists .. or is down whilst you are trying to add it?

Been a long time, not sure my memory is clear on this, but iirc, once you add a server to your favorites list, it will often show up as offline or not responding until you update or refresh the list. Very misleading. Just try to connect to it right there in the favorites list, even if it says the server has a problem. Don't even go through the usual start-up.

three possibility's:
1.) 19115 is the Server Port and not the needed Query Port .
2.) false/non-existent Port forwarding in the Router.
3.) Server Firewall not configured right.
