I'm playing on the server: OC-PVE-Official-Ragnarok69 - (v276.12)
Can someone tell me why here on this server has limits to tame?
I tamed 2 dodo, and I have been trying to tame another 1 and .... too many tamed creatures on the ark

It's called that server has Dino hoarders who have capped the server off at the limit.

Yes, most of the PVE servers have reached "tame cap limit" which means there is max tamed creatures across the server...in other words you have to hope for someones dino to die or be unclaimed in order to get tames, either play pvp, unofficial or ask for a refund...I played for 2 days on official and only got 5 dinos before I quit official
EDIT; I heard Scorched Earth servers are good to play on as well, but that costs extra ofc

Server DinoLimit is 5.000 ... That´s the Official Server Prob. because Nobody of the Devs/GM will do anything against this.

yes seriously, official servers suck, pvp is a grief fest unless you belogn to a supertribe or pve is havign exactly these and a few other issues.

Reason A why kibble farms are bad. Reason B to many people breeding a bazillion dinos to get perfect ones and NOT killing off the extras. Its completely reasonable to keep well under dino limits but yeah hoarders who just cant stop amassing more and more and more do it.

best bet is a good unnoficial, single player or best yet your own server (this often isnt cheap)

egg specific kibbles were a horrible idea, makes people just house lots of dinos for stupid egg production

@titan you realise that democracy and capitalism is exactly what supertribes do, if there were communism on that servers these tribes would share with newbies. But the guys with the (natural) capital just surpress the poor minority. That is escartly how democratic capitalism ends up. Do you know why peopel starve in africa? because cpaitalists make sure they dont have an own workign agriculture. Thats how unregulated capitalism turns out.

There are less than 1000 official servers. There are over 20 times that number of unofficial servers. This game is actually, contrary to your understandings, unofficial game play driven. The majority of players of ark play and thrive on unofficial servers, not official servers. The situation with official servers is by developer intentions(although you do not actually understand why atm). Ark is about modded content and customized game play. You've simply misunderstand and pedestal official servers erroneously because you have a mismatch in expectations of their function(which is nothing more than basic game play demo servers).

Go watch WC's Design Lead Kayd Hendrick's interview segment at the 7 hour mark of the 24+hour Twitch Extra Life Charity stream event from 2 months ago and you'll see even devs encourage/recommend folks to play unofficial servers and other insites. But I get you probably wont though as really you're just axegrinding atm.

Since you wish to bring up Japan, interestingly enough, there is even a Japanese, unofficial servers that has lasted longer than some official servers have and outside of malcontents(which given your response above, the evidence is rather compelling you may fall into that category), most have played on it quite contently.

But let me put this in another way: when one chooses to live in a run down, dank, city apartment, when instead one could choose to move to nice suburbs and gated communities, then one tends to get denounced by others when one has a tantrum over the roaches and the smell.

As for your inane political and country of origin bashing, well, typically those sorts of tirades dont have the results that the authors of those posts expect.

So all in all, official servers are working as intended. With your almost --6000-- hours in this game you should know all this already. You dont like those intentions but refuse to play with and where the majority of folks play. And with your silly statements above, I think your desire to stay put is a good thing for everyone.

This is why you play unofficial like my 5 cluster. Everyone can have 200 tames without exceeding the max cap. But not like officials actually care lol. We will be the only servers left at the end ;) No official last forever but we keep unofficials up for life. Just look at some past games. It's the community hosting them all :)
