Can't Place On Floor - Wooden Fence Foundation
I am trying to place a wooden fence foundation. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1252420182
There is nothing in my way, and it is just grass and sand. I can it place it on OTHER spots, but this beach side on Viking Bay - Ragnorak Map has so many problems with "Can't place on Floor"

If you mean can I place things in a wall or let objects collide together - On, I can do that. I enabled it to place Large storage bins closer together.

Try placing something it will snap to like a foundation or gate, then place the fence foundation snapped to it, then remove the first structure.

Can't already tried that. Certain areas it won't let me place anything. I tried placing the fence foundation a few feet before and when trying to snap the fence foundation onto the previous one that leads into that spot it says the same thing,.

I turned off the collison setting to see if that was the problem, it wasn't, so I turned it back on. Nothing works, I have no idea why.

Is it near a loot drop? There is a setting to let you build near loot drops.

No where near a loot drop.
However, I would let to add that setting later on, where do I find it? Normal or Advanced settings?

Guess it is just one of those dumb things for that area on the beach I will have to work with or around till I find a better place to set up camp.

If it is a location for a loot drop, which there are a lot of them near Viking Bay area.
If that's the area I think it is, that's a very large radius for Loot Drops that is stopping you from building.

It's not an issue with Ragnarok, it's your settings that say you can't build in Loot Crate areas. Turn that off and I bet it'll let you build there.
Regardless of whether you have crates currently enabled or not. :P

Where do i find it in setting? You told me the same thing as the person above but didn't tell me where as I can't find it in the settings options.
It's one of the options I believe before you start your SP.
I don't touch SP at all, so I couldn't exactly tell you where.

Yes, I know, with all the other SP settings, but I can't find it anywhere.
The only setting there for SP is to disable Lootcrates completely, there isn't a setting to be able to build around them.

IT may be something you have to do manually in your ini file then. Check the wiki for how to do that.
Server Configuration should tell you what you'll want to input

If that is the case I have already done that manual command in the .ini (both of them too just to be sure). Didn't solve it.
