When in doubt restart. Glad the nasty ole leech was able to be removed. :)
oooOOOOOHHHHhhhhh....you know what this might be the case. I had the visual before, dismounted my dino and took the leech off and it went away. I just got the visual again, dismounted my dino, but there was no leech? I tried "burning" it off and that didn't work. Then I read your suggestion, and sure enough, it was one of my other dinos that had a leech on it. This is actually pretty cool.
(though they could have found a much, *much* less absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying way of telling you 'hey your dino has a leech')
