How do I get Dodo's to mate?
I've tamed both, turned off 'following' and they're both wandering, but nothing... I saw an old video which looks like the female has a "whistling" command to attract males but that's not anywhere to be found.

Both the male and the female say "Ready To Mate"... so I'm not sure where the eggs are etc. thanks.

Any help is appreciated... Thanks,

They have to stay close to mate. Either keep whistling unfollow or put them in a little box.

Build a 1x1 Box, they need to be pretty close to each other.

You have to place romantic candles and it only works if you play this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNC0kIzM1Fo super loud over your ingame mic in front of the dodos. You also need a camera to take pictures of it. Chinese tribes are rlly in to these pics trust me.

Build a thatch box. one foundation, ceiling and four walls with a door and shove two of them in there and enable wandering and come back later and you'll have eggs. Watch it though they'll head straight for the door when you open it. Also make sure they have food.(mejoberries) They'll provide you with lots of eggs and sh!t for your compost bin.

2x1 pin works great.
That is a small pin, 2 foundations by 1.. with walls/railings around it.

Good luck.

A single foundation room works as well, i often just use wood railings built around the dodos or small dino in question and let the eggs hatch inside, the babies can walk right through the railings more often than not.
