gas collector broken?

just logged in today after not playing for a few days and noticed the gas spraying out everywhere on a vent we have a gas collector on. it didn't use to do that, is the collector broken as in doesnt prevent the gas leaking anymore or intentional nerf?

Try replacing it, maybe it just got bugged?
