Command to give status effects?

I want to do some testing to see what the best timers will be for my server in regards to reaper raising. Does anyone know if there is a command that can give status effects, and the offspring buff specifically?

Unfortunately there aint any commands to give players status effects like you do in for example Minecraft.
Also there are no commands to change weather, apart from some for Scorched Earth.
The only thing you can do is spawn in the reaper pheromone glands and eat them :D

Still wont get me the offspring buff :(. Looks like im doing it the hardway. Thanks for the confirmation.
