How do you know?
Also I had am issue mating some ankys on official a few weeks ago, but the next day it worked fine. Try restarting the server.
And i shall assume you double checked the sex of each dino....set both to wander, and not following anyone or anything......"mate boosted" means nothing other than opposite sex with in certain range...giving them stat boosts.
Mating mods has nothing to do with it, but if it's so easy to know, why ask for help?
For your information, any mod affecting animals in any way can cause this, but what am I wasting my time for?
Mods can affect all aspects of the game that have nothing at all to do with the mod. You could have a mod to paint a house that could still affect dinos. As long as you have even a single mod running you cannot rule them out.
