Locked out of my Bulding and Dinos

So I submitted a ticket already but I'm hoping to get assistance as my dinos become unclaimed and my buildings decay in 1 or 2 days. I was trying to start a Tribe so that I could invite others, when I started the tribe the server reset for an update and when I was able to get back in, I was locked out of everything. I tried leaving the tribe but still nothing. I recreated the tribe but still nothing. All buildings and Dinos say the owner is the tribe name and the personal owner is my name. Hoping this can be fixed in the next day or two. I'm on a PVE official server #442

I also did the same thing. I would love to get my base and Dino's Back. Any help would be appreciated.

Had similar happen when I accidentally created a new tribe, but on an extinction server. Gave up after about four days of no response and my stuff being looted while I couldn't do anything to repair it. Sent them a message to cancel the request and at this point its been nine days with the ticket open and still no word back besides the initial "your ticket has been opened" message from the first day. It would be nice if they made it so that if you are the last member of a tribe and leave, accidentally or not, all tribe possession revert to you. Based on the number of others I've seen having the same issue, It seems like an easy solution to save everyone a lot of trouble.

Did you try relogging into the game before you left the tribe? It is a common bug at the moment. If you've left the tribe then you won't be able to get anything back.

Have seen 2 other people have this issue, all you can do as they they did, is submit a ticket, unless you have a tribe member that can re invite you. Wildcard will appear but it will be 2 weeks is avg, claim dinos as they unclaim and build a place to put them. Make sure you keep watching emails and respond to them when they email you. Both people got thier character and base back, just takes time,

So to update, somebody from the support team responded to my ticket, but of course by the time they did it was too late, I had lost everything. Now I'm playing on an unofficial server and am happy there.

I had a ton of stuff built up and didn't realize the response would take more than a couple days lol.
