Christmas Gift boxes, dissappeared.

I made a xmas box to place some items in, as an xmas gift to my friend. He has been on holiday and thought that when he gets back after the new year, this would be a very nice surprise for him, as the items that I placed inside, we have both been searching for, for some time.

So, I log on today and discovered most of the other xmas stuff is gone and wondered to myself, does my present still exist, so I check and no, it does not.

I placed one-off Ascendent and Mastercraft items in this and now they are all gone, thanks alot...

You bother to leave the xmas hats in game, but fail to allow the presents to remain. What's the point, this is really frustrating. surely you must know that if a present is placed, it has some value to someone or perhaps it's intended recipient.
