Ark Auto Clicker?

I was watching a video and he had this red cursor and its called auto clicker i think and i was wondering how to get it,

an auto clicker is obviously a third party software. use google and get one. no idea if it's allowed for the game tho.

I use http://gs-auto-clicker.soft112.com/ and have done so for a long time. It does nothing more that left-click really fast in order to whisk through stacks of berries, food, etc., saving people from RSI and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It will in no way help anyone to cheat.

I just use a macro on my mouse to autoclick.....it's not "cheating" it's just saving my mouse and fingers lol
