My server has 30 minute respawn time.

Whenever I try to start my server, I click create new survivor. When I'm on that page, the "create new survivor button is grayed out and at the bottom middle of my screen it says "Respawn allowed in 30:00 minutes" and it counts down. It also happens to anyone who joins the server.
Yesterday, i tried to delete my server. I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArksLocal and deleted "The Island" When I started the game, I checked my files and it got replaced, and then this mess happened.

There is a PVP spawn setting, where each time you die, you take longer and longer to spawn. If your server is PVP and something strange happened with the server timer, it thinks you have died alot and therefore set a high re-spawn timer

You can disable the pvp re-spawn delay

bIncreasePvPRespawnInterval=False
IncreasePvPRespawnIntervalCheckPeriod=30
IncreasePvPRespawnIntervalMultiplier=1
IncreasePvPRespawnIntervalBaseAmount=0
