host havoc server owners unable to download dino's

so for some time ever since this cluster business began i have not been able to download dino's on my server, and i figured out why, at the end of everyones command line they sneak in a clusterid that only host havoc can remove, but heres the catch 42, EACH time you edit your commandline and reselect it, you then have to recontact host havoc to have them remove the clusterid once again..

anywho since the cluster id was removed, i am able to redownload all my once uploaded dino's to my server. so food for thought, and bad dirty business practice on host havocs behalf.
