Stuck in T-Pose

ok i thought i just doing it when i looked in my invotory my husband said said i was in the T-pose, so i asked him to look in his he was not doing it at the time. then i died and got my stuff and was puttting my armor on my self but it was putting it on my dead body lol. so i deleted the save file and mods.updated the server to the current version we have no mods ,and now both of us is doing this T pose thing how the heck do we fix it
