Is the Achatina really worth it...

I tamed one as soon as they came out but is it worth the trouble make cakes and feeding it to them vs going to get CP from beavers or even making it yourself. It seems a bit troublesome to keep this thing from not starving to death

thjey dont require cake that often and YES to the worth it question. We have 4 of them. Lvl up food and feed it once if u wanna last it

high level tamed ones yes.pump food..then they dont eat so much cakes..as low levels that are easy to tame need alot of cakes for awhile till high level..and is it some live action ..when in a pen on wonder..and they come up to u when u enter it to harvest..or feed , like you are aknowledged, not sure but u can get atleast 200 or more paste in a hour from each one ..not includeing premade natural poly.

If your server is not busy. The beavers are killed almost the instance they are spawn on some servers and PVP happens over who is going to loot the dams. So offen you see a player loot a dam and then get picked up by an argie and dropped so the other player can loot the player falling to his death

Still wondering where they find these cakes in the wild to live............ When Wild Card tells me how they make or find them in the wild, I'll tame a bunch and go harvest the cakes where they get them....

Wife and I have tamed 3 of them so far... kept the 1st two for a week or so, then poof... alst one only lasted a day before it poofed...

and yes we feed it cakes 2x a day.. and pump all its stats into food.. food level was still at 80% when they poofed.. seems to have to deal with server restarts..

but in the time we did keep them, we got over 8,000 paste from them.

With being able to raid beaver dams, I'm going to say no, its so much easier to go to where beavers are, take the good stuff and drop the wood and leave than tending a bunch of snails. Also a frog in a cave will get tons aswell.
