New Quality Level STreaming question

The option for Low Quality Level Streaming at the bottom of options. What exactly does it do? I've learned that enabling Extra Level Streaming Distance is good for performance if you have a lot of memory on gpu & ram. Should I enable or disable Loq quality Level Streaming for better performance? I have 32gb ram and a 1080 gtx so plenty of memory on the gpu to.

jusr have it checked. it seems to help me in the long run. I beleive it stops some of the hiccups when loading in buildings and what not.

Plus yoour system sounds beefy...so i would not worry. I have all the boxes checked on my 980ti and it still plays.
