Industrial cooker bugged?

So I have it set up with pipe to the water, gasoline and for some reason it will not cook anything.. Meat, fish meat, not even dyes are working on the inside.. Am I missing something or is it bugged?

Industrial Grill = to cook meat.
Industrial Cooker = To make recipes.

Also put a water jar in the cooker. It stupid, but it makes the cooker work correctly, because sometimes it wants that o get water out of the pipe.

You have an intake pipe an the pipe has water?
You turned the cooker on?
You just fill it full of all berry types 100 of each, and a 100 sparkpowder, coal and gunpowder and none thing happens?
