How to tame a Megalosaurus

After many attempts trying to tame this thing i think i got it down. hope this helps
1. go to the Central Cave 41.5 / 46.9 there are other caves they spawn in but i think this one is the best, come Prepared bring your cave gear and extra armor, bug spray, weapons, ect. to tame the Megalosaurus. You will need trank darts, prime meat , (if you have it's kibble Oviraptor egg bring that),some stone fence foundations and stone door frames.
2. during the day the Megalosaurus is slow and week because it's tired so you are going to want to go into the cave as close to morning as possible. When it turns morning ark plays a soundtrack, that's when you want to go in so you have the most time. Because no matter how unconscious it is, as soon as it turns night the Megalosaurus wakes up. At night it's super fast strong and powerful and if it grabs you in its jaws game over. To get around this once tranked build some walls around it. I like to use the stone door frames so i could get out if needed to. Building the door frames helps a lot because when it turns night it will wake up and try to attack you because, it's trapped it can't get you, knock it out a second time it will take more tranks than when you did it in the day. It will not restart the taming bar, but all the food in its inventory will be gone, taming will continue and it should tame soon after. Make sure you have its saddle ready because you need it to get it out of there.
3. only bring it to your base at night because in the day it will be sleepy and tired. During the night it's super powerful! What i found is that the farther into the cave the higher the level but this has its own risks.

To add to that is dont even bother feeding it.
Just look at online taming calculators to see how long it would take and on the last KO is when you feed it.
Full in-game 24 hrs cycle is roughly 48-50 minutes depending on lag spikes. You dont even need narcotics as torpor last long enough till the next night cycle when it wakes up again. Even lv 1 has enough torpor to stay asleep for almost 40 minutes.

Edit: Also for servers that dont allow building inside caves use grappler to hook yourself to the cave ceiling and easy tranq from above. Even if allowed this works.
