start menu - right click my computer - manage. look for display adapters in the list of stuff, open it, right click the 1060 and update drivers.
if this doesnt work you need to boot into the BIOS and force the pc to only use the 1060 and to skip the intel. this option will be in the hardware section somewhere.
Follow Vesuvious instructions. Look where you have your monitor plugged in. Is it on the back of the motherrboard where your usb ports are, by the where the keyboard and mouse and network plugs are? That is the wrong spot.
You want to plug the monitor into the 1060 video card which will be in a completely different spot in one the expansion slots.
you motherboards graphics port will be near the top of the case on the back. the GPUs ports will be in the middle.
you should be using a HDMI or a DVI cable. if there is no lead plugged into the gpu thats your problem.
