how do i change certain dino's base stats?

im a admin of a server and i would like to modify a few base stats of certain dinosaurs, for instance, i want to change the base speed stat for the Dunkleosteus and make it a bit faster, is there a way i can edit the Dunkleosteus speed only? or can i at least edit the amount of points gained per level?

I'm pretty sure you'd have to make a mod for that.

you can change the overall stats without a mod, im tryin something similiar and doin research if i find it ill let you know but im thinking theres a command line that is added that could specifiy which dino to change the stat on instead of just all
