Does not exist. You can't enable it there is no coding to support it. Don't try.

Lol, that's not what happened, it didn't do anything sadly. I just thought it was cool because I've never seen/heard anyone talk about.

it's likley part of the code for console where split screen is supported or something they planned on adding but never did.

Almost 2 years ago they announced the split screen feature for Xbox and Pc to arrive "soon"...some months later it arrived for Xone and later for PS4

2-3 months ago, Jeremy announced the release of the console buttons for Pc (so you can use a gamepad and watch the controller buttons on screen) and said that the Split Screen feature would arrive """soon""" to Pc...

According to what Jat said, it might come eventually. Some of the coding is already there. Just needs to be completed.

Could a mod make it so you could go split screen?

I was thinking the same that basically this is a sign that they will be implementing it in the future.
